He's a sharp-witted, snappily dressed and quick on his feet performer who tackles taboo subjects with his trademark cackle and style. Awarded a host of British Comedy Awards, Jimmy regularly appears on TV panel games such as 8 Out of 10 Cats, as well as writing and starring in The Big Fat Quiz of the Year. Most recently, he has launched a number of Netflix specials including His Dark Material and Natural Born Killer. Now touring worldwide the show is a consistent box office draw and his current special Terribly Funny (released on Netflix in 2024) has received great reviews with the comedian delivering his sharp wit and take on modern day life. Carr has in recent years transitioned to Netflix where he has created a number of specials. “Dark Material” and “Natural Born Killer” both proved that Carr’s style of humor was global. And his latest release of “Terribly Funny” in 2024 has received critical acclaim worldwide with his take on the current world of society.
