Grammy Award nominated singer and songwriter Lyle Lovett will bring his critically acclaimed Small Large Band Tour to the Rogers Forum in Abbotsford, British Columbia on Monday, September 14th, 2026.
Featuring a mashup of country, folk, jazz and blues written and performed by the 4-time Grammy winner on such hits as “If I Had a Boat,” “Cowboy Man,” and “That’s Right (You’re Not from Texas).” Since releasing his album, “12th of June,” Kelly has continued to expand the horizons of American music with the diverse styles and moods of his singular gift.
First up in the evening will be Canadian Americana act The Hello Darlins. Their lush three part harmonies have been wowing audiences in the past few months, and with their new release "The Alders & The Ashes" to promote we are very much looking forward to their performance.
The show goes on at 7:00 PM. The venue is a large performing space with clear sound and plenty of parking. Seating will be general admission for 7,000. Admission is only $91. Now is your time to enjoy the most musical artistry of the year.
Americana artist Lyle Lovett and his band of musical virtuosos return to the Rogers Forum in Abbotsford, British Columbia on Monday, September 14th, 2026 as part of the Small Large Band Tour. Americana-tinged country, folk, jazz and blues at 7:00 PM with doors at 6:00 PM. Long time Lyle Lovett associate and Austin-based Americana group The Hello Darlins will open the show and play a set of their eclectic brand of Americana music.
Lyle Lovett and the band will play over 40 North American dates including live Vancouver, BC concerts and shows in other cities across 2026.
Enjoy the music of one of America’s premier performers. For more than twenty years, Grammy Award winning singer/songwriter Lyle Lovett has been pushing the musical boundaries of American roots music. With 14 recordings to his credit, audiences will be treated to a wide array of Lyle’s best known songs, classic Lone Star tunes and favorites as well as a sampling from his newest release, 12th of June (2022). This collection of original songs blend rock, blues, country and jazz in the same intelligent and innovative way that have earned Lovett four Grammy Awards for Best Male Country Vocal Performance and Best Country Album.
Vancouver based Americana band The Hello Darlins are a collection of some of Vancouver’s most in-demand session musicians based right here in Vancouver. Known for their killer multi-part harmonies, the band focuses on songs that showcase their vocal talents. The group’s latest release The Alders & The Ashes features catchy pop Americana numbers like the album title track “The Forgiving Cain and Loving Abel”, danceable optimism of “What Is a Broken Heart For”, and intimate folk ballads like “Sea That Meets the Sky”.
